About this site

Privacy policy

This page explains what corridadetorospokie.com collects when you read it, which is very little, and what it does not collect, which is your name, your email or any account. It also sets out how the Privacy Act 1988 applies here and how to ask for anything held about you to be removed.

No accounts and nothing to sign up for

This is a static site. There is no login, no registration form and no member area, so there is no profile of you sitting on a server. We do not ask for your name, your email address, your date of birth or your payment details, and there is nowhere on the site to enter them. Any cashier you reach through a link belongs to our partner, operating under its own licence and its own privacy policy, and the personal data you give it there is handled by the partner rather than by us.

Because nothing is submitted, there is no account to close and no password to reset. If you have ever followed a link from this site to our partner and opened an account there, that account and the information in it sit with the partner. Requests about it, including access and deletion, go to the partner. We can point you to the right place, but we cannot read, change or delete records we never held.

How analytics and cookies work here

The site may use analytics to count visits and see which pages are read, so the pages can be kept useful. A tool of that kind typically records the page you requested, the referring page, an approximate location derived from your network address and a browser or device type. It does not tell us who you are. It does not give us your name, your email or your card details, and nothing in it identifies you personally to this desk.

Cookies are small files a site or an analytics service stores in your browser. They are used here to remember a visit and to measure traffic in aggregate, not to build a profile for sale. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and you can use private browsing, and the pages will still load. Blocking them limits the measurement, not your reading. We do not sell personal information, and there is nothing here to sell.

The Privacy Act and removal requests

The Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles are the framework we work to. In practice that means collecting as little as possible, using what is collected only for the purpose it was collected for, keeping it no longer than needed and handling it openly. It also means that if you ask what is held about you, you get a straight answer. The site is written for adults, and money discussed on it can be lost, so the privacy approach is deliberately narrow.

If you believe something held about you should be corrected or removed, write to the editorial desk using the contact route on the site and say what you are asking for. Because there are no accounts and no sign-up, most requests will end with the answer that nothing is held beyond ordinary analytics records, which are not tied to a name. If a request concerns records held by our partner, we will tell you so and point you to the partner, which handles its own data under its own policy.

Questions

Do I need to give my name or email to read this site?

No. There is no sign-up, no account and no form asking for personal details, and the pages load without any of it. The only information generated by a visit is ordinary analytics data that does not identify you by name.

How do I ask for information held about me to be removed?

Use the contact route on the site to write to the editorial desk and state plainly what you want corrected or removed. If the records belong to our partner rather than to this site, we will say so and point you to the partner, which handles its own data.
